Right now our busy staff is trying to do all of the updating on our website and preparations for our monthly eBlasts and our quarterly newsletters. If you know how to edit WordPress websites online and have a few hours a week, we could really use your help on our team! After some initial meetings with the committee, we envision most of the volunteer time could be done at home. If you are interested in serving the Council in this way, please contact Rev. The Council has been blessed by the expertise of Myrdell Dybdall, who has served as our Council’s volunteer Treasurer for the last many years. As she redirects her volunteer time, we want to thank her publicly for her faithful service. As the Council has reorganized, we have added a Finance and Fund Development Committee to oversee this important work and communicate with the Governing Board on a regular basis. We are looking for volunteer from one of our congregations who would be willing to take on the bookkeeping part of the committee’s work. We have a payroll company that takes care of paying our Council and Winter Night’s employees, but we need someone with Quickbooks experience that can do all of our other Accounts Payables and provide the Board with monthly reports.
